Justin Qualls, MA, LPC

Justin Qualls is Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by the Arkansas State Board of Examiners in Counseling. Justin Qualls graduated from the University of the Cumberlands in 2020 with his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Additionally, Justin serves on the board for the River Valley Youth Foundation which oversees multiple events every year to help the River Valley community. Justin has served in various capacities in the counseling profession since getting his license. Justin was born in Clarksville, Arkansas and currently resides in Delaware, Arkansas with his wife and two sons. In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and being an avid sports fan.
